Our investigators are doing good! Hna. Christensen is a wonderful companion to have! She has helped so much with some of the investigators Hna. Moleli and I had been teaching before, but nothing was happening, but now with Hna. Christensen, things are moving! People are understanding, and the work is moving along nicely!
I did have a dream, for two nights, that we were packing up the apartment because we were shutting down our area, but I'm hoping that's not going to happen! There will be a few areas shut down this transfer and a few shut down next transfer, but not as many as we thought there were. That's a good thing. I woke up from those dreams
tired and I said, "it's just because I've been packing all night!" :)
We rearranged the furniture in our apartment today. That helped us clean where it hasn't been cleaned since before I got here. Pretty hairy scary, but that's why we're grateful for vacuums. :)
Oh! Cool news! We know who our next mission president is going to be! President Riggs will finish his mission in June, and then we will have David Huntsman for our new mission president. I don't really know who he is, but he sounds like a pretty cool guy from what President Riggs has told us. His brother ran for president, that's all I remember...but, yeah! New mission president! Good stuff!
For New Year's Eve, we watched a movie and played sports/board games until 10-we had to be home by then. It was good. I enjoyed it. Bananagrams are a really good language study, because it's fun, but you can also review your vocab. The English elders wouldn't let me use Spanish, though...;) that's ok. It's good to review English sometimes,too.
